Benchmark Building Systems is a highly respected Wall & Ceiling contractor servicing the Greater Vancouver Area. Our past and present portfolio consists of a large range of projects from Tenant Improvements, High-Rise Towers, Commercial, Industrial and more. Our expansive expertise and commitment to quality has allowed us to grow and complete a wide range of successful projects over the past 15 years.
The business was founded in 2004 by Dan Kitto and Randy Peacock who bring their specialized knowledge and years of experience to every project.

Proud of Our Safety Standards
We pride ourselves on our commitment to high safety standards and prevention of workplace injuries. We also participate in the WCB Certificate of Recognition (COR) program which exceeds the minimum WCB regulations. This enables our projects to work smoothly which includes all employees being responsible for safety of themselves and others. Our staff includes a Trade Safety Coordinator and Safety Committee that meet regularly as well as participating in many different safety training programs.
